睾丸特异性蛋白酶50的研究进展

摘要 睾丸特异性蛋白酶50(testes-specific protease 50,TSP50)基因是从人睾丸cDNA文库中分离得到的一个癌/睾丸抗原基因。它正常特异性表达于睾丸组织的精母细胞中,而异常高表达于数种肿瘤组织。TSP50能够促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、集落形成与转移,并抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡,是肿瘤分子影像诊断与生物治疗的理想靶标。本文就TSP50的研究进展做一简要综述。 Testes-specific protease 50（TSP50） is a cancer/testis antigen.Its gene was discovered from a human testes cDNA library.It is normally and specifically expressed in the spermatocytes of testes,abnormally and highly expressed in several tumors.TSP50 can promote tumor cell proliferation,colony formation and migration,and inhibit cell apoptosis.It is an ideal target for tumor molecular imaging and biotherapy.This review summarized the current progerss in the research of TSP50.
