ERCC1与XPD基因多态性对NSCLC化疗敏感性影响的研究进展

临床III-IV期NSCLC占肺癌的大多数,以铂类药物为基础联合第三代新药是晚期NSCLC的一线化疗方案,近年来多项研究表明,个体间化疗敏感性的不同可能与基因修复能力有关,本文主要对核苷酸切除修复系统的关键基因ERCC1、XPD的多态性与铂类药物化疗敏感性关系的最新研究成果做简要综述。

The majority of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer will present with stage III and/or IV in China.Based on the platinum drugs joint third generation of new medicine is the first chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC.In recent years many research shows chemotherapy sensitivity difference among patients may be related with gene repair ability.This article reviews the recent literature and the relevant issues concerning the ERCC1,XPD gene polymorphism and chemotherapy sensitivity.
