摘要
目的观察立止血、肾上腺素加机械通气对新生儿肺出血的治疗效果。方法新生儿肺出血31例(治疗组),应用机械通气及立止血、肾上腺素气管内给药治疗,与对照组疗效相比较。结果治疗组31例肺出血患儿治愈19例(61.29%),存活者肺出血停止时间平均19.56 h。对照组23例,治愈1例(4.35%)。结论机械通气及立止血、肾上腺素气管内给药治疗新生儿肺出血疗效确切,有临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the curative effects of conventional mechanical ventilation combined with reptilase and epinephrine in the treatment of pulmonary hemorrhage in newborn infants.Methods 31 patients with neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage(experimental group) were treated with conventional mechanical ventilation combined with reptilase and epinephrine.Results In the experimental group,19 patients were cured(61.29%),the average time of stopping the bleeding in the survivors was 19.56 hours.In the control group,only 1 patient was cured.conclusion It is quite effective to treat pulmonary hemorrhage in newborn infants with conventional mechanical ventilation combined with reptilase and epinephrine.
