重症脑卒中并肺部感染的原因分析及临床护理

目的探讨重症脑卒中并肺部感染的临床护理。方法对2010年8月至2011年9月收治56例重症脑卒中并肺部感染患者进行病因分析,采取有效翻身、扣背,呼吸道管理,康复护理,加强营养等措施。结果 50例达到临床治愈,4例因经济负担放弃治疗,2例死于多脏器功能衰竭。结论对脑卒中患者并肺部感染采取积极的护理,改善了患者的预后及生活质量。

Objective To explore clinical care for severe stroke and lung infection.Methods 56 cases with severe stroke and pulmonary infection between August 2010 to September 2011 were analyzed,the patients were treated by taking effective stand up,buckle back,airway management,rehabilitation care,better nutrition,and other measures.Results 50 cases were cured,four cases gave up treatment because of the financial burden,two cases died of multiple organ failure.conclusion If we take active care of patients with stroke and lung infection,the prognosis and quality of life of the perients will be improved.
