摘要
在现有试验数据的基础上,就组分材料对塑性混凝土的影响进行分析,归纳水泥、粘土、膨润土、骨料对塑性混凝土力学及变形性能影响的一般规律。水胶比和水泥用量是决定塑性混凝土工作性的主要因素,粘土、膨润土影响用水量和拌合难度,在塑性混凝土承载力与弹性模量方面有一定的影响,塑性混凝土砂率较大,对新拌合物和易性有较大影响,粗骨料仅起填充作用。
Based on the previous experiments and conclusions,we conclude that high performance plastic concrete with large deformation ability and friendly to environment will be finally developed and used.Tests dictated that the water-cement ratio and the total amount of cement are main factors that influence the strength and elastic module of plastic concrete.Clay and bentonite,used in plastic concrete so as to decrease the strength and elastic module,are not determined factors on basic carrying capacity.Sands ratio has a greater impact on the amount use of cement and the performance of new mixture,coarse aggregate only enacts filled roll.
