A survey of public rental housing research

公共租赁住房是住房政策中一个正在迅速兴起的重要研究领域。首先论述了公共租赁住房研究的基本范畴和主要内容。在此基础上,从住房保障体系与公共租赁住房、公共租赁住房的融资模式、租金标准、公共租赁住房的国际经验研究和国内实践等方面,阐述公共租赁住房的研究现状。最后,对公共租赁住房研究提出一些建议。

Public rental housing is a new developing field of housing research.This paper aims at providing a brief summary of this field.First,we define the overall scope of public rental housing research and the main problems it studies.Then,we survey the current landscape of the field from several perspectives such as： housing security system,operation mode,rental standard,financing mode,international experience and domestic practice.Finally,we comment on the future developments of public rental housing research.
