摘要 徐传胜所著《从博弈问题到方法论学科》一书,是国内首部全面讨论概率论历史发展的学术专著。该书通过运用内史和外史相结合、学派整体和数学家相结合、史料和比较相结合、概率思想和文化背景相结合等方法探讨了数学家对概率论所做贡献及其概率思想的演化过程,综合考察并合理重构了概率论从博弈问题思考到严密的公理化体系的发展过程,具有较高的学术价值和教育价值。 This paper reviews Xu Chuansheng’work history of probability from some game problems to the subject of methodology.Based on intensive investigation of original source and research literatures on the subject,the book pursuits the evolution of probability thought from ancient to modern times,and reconstructs reasonably the whole development process of probability theory from game problems to the strict axiomatic system.The book has the high academic value and education value.
