Based on the results in key control area of upper and middle Nanpan and Beipan Rivers this paper describes emphatically the significance of comprehensive improvement of soil erosion and implementation of strategy of sustainable development in developing the economy of upper and middle Nanpan and Beipan Rivers. It also presents the ways and experience to guarantee the successful execution of sustainable development.
