with the height of the information and network in China,the electronic commerce the strange term began to get people＇s attention.It will appear to the life of people brought great convenience,but there are a number of people have questioned the electronic commerce attitude,so the electronic commerce safety have to take seriously.This paper combines the electronic business information security situation and information security management countermeasures were discussed.
