当前我国权力腐败制约机制的构建

On Building Power Corruption Restraining Mechanism in Present China

权力腐败和权力制约一直是社会关注的焦点问题,中国共产党的性质和宗旨决定了其同权力腐败的现象是水火不相容的。当前社会转型期权力腐败现象的生成具有多方面的原因,也加大了规范权力运行和预防腐败的难度。权力失去制约必然会导致权力滥用和权力腐败,权力制约因此也具有了必要性和可能性。为了从根本上实现对权力腐败的有效治理,必须着力构建权力监督制约的长效机制。

Power corruption and power restraining has always been a social focus.The nature and purpose of the CPC decided its incompatibility with corruption.As power corruptions in present transition period are results from various causes＇ more efforts are needed to put power on right track and prevent corruption.Unrestrained power will inevitably lead to abusive power use and corruption;hence restraints are necessary and possible.To establish ultimately effective control over power corruption＇ it is imperative to build long-term effective power-supervising and power-restraining mechanism.
