面向新世纪 开创水利设计工作新局面——根据1999年11月全区水利设计工作会议上的讲话整理

Facing to the new century, create the new aspect of WR design work

简要回顾两年来全区水利设计工作的成绩及存在问题 ,指出面对新世纪 ,应以提高设计质量为中心 ,着眼于工程水利向资源水利的转化 ,实施名牌战略 ,加快设计改革步伐 ,开创设计工作新局面。

Briefly reviewing the achievement and existing problems of Guangxi WR design work in these two years,the author pointed out that facing to the new century,designers should take raising design quality as center,transfer engineering WR to resource WR, carry out famous brand strategy,quicken design reform step and create the new aspect of WR design work.
