摘要
随着自然资源的日益紧缺、劳动力成本的上升等各种电力公司面临的日益严峻的形势使得其利润受到更加严重的制约。文章从工程项目的组织及实施方式、从成本责任及目标成本确立方式上、从成本控制上看、从材料管理上看四个方面分析了电力工程成本超概预算的原因。本文认为确保工程项目取得较高的利润,电力企业应当通过节约各项成本、缩减项目人员及机构,落实成本责任制、增强工程的质量管理、健全工程项目索赔机制等四个方面入手控制项目成本。
With the growing shortage of natural resources,the higher labour costs,etc,various kinds of electric power companied face increasingly grim situation which restrict its profit severely.The reason on electric power engineering cost budget was analyzed from the following four aspects such as the project organization and implementation methods,cost responsibility and target cost established way,cost control material management.To ensure the project to achieve a higher profits,electric power enterprises shall control the project cost through each cost saving,reduction of project staff and institutions,implement of the responsibility system,enhancement of the project cost management and improve the quality of project mechanism of claims and so on.
