摘要
通过资料文献法、教学测试法、数据统计法等方法,对武夷山市少体校的32名篮球球员进行了心理训练的教学测试,数据显示,心理训练使得测试组在助攻、抢断、盖帽、篮板和命中率上超过了对比组的成绩。通过问卷调查,从认知重组、情绪控制、自我效能、目标定位及心理定位上寻找缘由,并得出结论,要增强对青少年篮球的心理训练,以提高其竞技水平和心理素质。
Through the literature material method,teaching test method,data statistics methods,thirty-two basketball players in WuYiShanShi less sports school made teaching test of psychological training,The data showed that the performance of the psychological training groups exceeded performance of the contrast group in assists,steals,blocks,rebounds and hit rate.Through the questionnaire survey,the reasons were seeked from cognitive restructuring,emotional control,self-efficacy,objectives and psychological position,and concluded that the psychological training should be enhanced for the youth,so as to improve the competitive level and psychological quality.
