The authors briefly introduced four management experiences for irrigation using water of the Shixianghe reservoir. These are: using water by applying and unified dispatch, distributing water by field and charging by counting the UW, distributing water by limited quota and adding money for UW above limited and laying down the management right and contracting by the devided district.
