猪喘气病弱毒疫苗的研究 乳兔肌肉苗的研制 被引量:1

摘要 用猪肺炎霉形体兔化弱毒株作种子,以生理盐水(含健康乳兔肺乳剂)为稀释液,经肌肉接种1—5日龄乳兔,采集肌肉,制造猪肺炎霉形体弱毒乳兔肌肉冻干苗6批,接种健康猪16头,隔离观察60天,定期 X 光胸透,阴性反应16/16,对猪安全,攻毒后保护13/17,对照猪6/6发病。冻干苗的物理性状、残余水分、安全性等均达到一般冻干苗的水平。免疫期6个月以上,-15—-18℃保存6个月效力未降低。用不同稀释液稀释种毒,试制的乳兔肌肉苗14批(冻干苗12批、湿苗2批),经猪、兔效检结果,两者相符率14/14。初步结果表明,可以用成兔代猪效检乳兔肌肉冻干苗。用猪肺炎霉形体兔化弱毒株作种子,先后研制成功的猪喘气病成兔冻干苗和鸡胚冻干苗均已作了报道。为了进一步提高疫苗产最,我们又进行了乳兔肌肉冻干苗的研究。现将经过和结果报告如下。
