小湾大坝建设工期的可能性研究

Possibility of construction duration for Xiaowan Dam

小湾水电站大坝施工工期与施工导流程序和导流方式密切相关 .在编制进度计划时 ,工序的持续时间和总工期的分析 ,必须考虑计划的不确定性 .将模糊三角数引入工期分析计算中 ,提出了模糊网络计划及工期实现的可能性 ,为了大坝建设的合理工期决策提供了理论依据和分析的手段 .

The construction duration planning is closely related to diversion schemes of Xiaowan Dam. When analyzed the activities and the durations, we must consider uncertainty of planning schedule of the project. This paper uses triangular fuzzy number to represent uncertainty of the durations, and produces an approach of fuzzy network planning and possibility of planning duration. It aids us to make decision of planning duration for the dam construction.
