40例老年糖尿病患者社区健康教育及护理指导效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Health Education and Nursing Guidance on 40 Patients with Diabetes in the Community

目的:在社区开展慢性病健康宣教及指导工作,探索和制定有效的方法和措施。方法:以40例糖尿病患者为宣教对象,依据护理程序实施健康教育和护理指导,并通过问卷方式及调查法对效果进行分析。结果:开展健康教育后,患者在糖尿病病情自我监测、自我保健及血糖控制等方面均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:有针对性地在社区实施健康教育及护理指导对提高老年糖尿病患者的自我保健意识及保健能力有一定临床意义,对在社区开展其他慢性病变的健康宣教提供了参考。

Objective： To carry out health education and guidance related to chronic disease for the community residents and to make effective methods and measures. Methods： 40 cases of patients with diabetes as experimental object were instructed in health education and nursing guidance on the basis of nursing procedure. The effect analysis was taken by means of a questionnaire and investigation. Results：Comparing with the effect of health education on self-test, self-care and glycemic control or other aspects for patients with diabetes, there was a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of the program of health education and nursing guidance should be targeted at the implementation of community on the old patients with diabetes, which improves residents＇ self-health care consciousness and ability as a result of great clinical significance. It will provide a reliable basis on the health propaganda and education for the other chronic diseases in community health service.
