摘要 为了解决中原油田白庙平1井地层易坍塌掉块、井段埋藏深、井底温度高等钻井液施工难题,通过室内评价试验,优选了正电胶钻井液体系、配方,制定了相配套的技术措施,并应用于现场。结果表明,钻井过程中钻井液性能稳定,抗温性能、防塌性能以及润滑性能良好,满足了白庙平1井的施工,为今后同区块水平井钻井液的施工摸索出了一条切实可行之路。 To solve the problem of high temperature and deep burial of wells and formation collapse in Horizontal Well Baimiao P1,through laboratory experiment,a MMH drilling fluid system and its formula were developed and matching measures were established.Field application shows that it is stable for high temperature resistance and collapse resistance with good lubricity,it can meet the needs of field operation in Horizontal Well Baimiao P1.It provides a suitable way for operation of drilling fluid in horizontal wells in the same block.
