Development of ZJ30 Self-tightened Guyline Drilling Unit

在XJ550自紧绷绳修井机的基础上,对ZJ30钻机进行了自紧绷绳创新设计。取消了传统的4根防风载绷绳设计,其风载绷绳固定在井架基础及折叠钻台绷绳支座上、内负荷绷绳固定在车架上、二层台交叉绷绳固定在折叠钻台绷绳支座上。主要优点是不再需要设置锚坑锚桩,因而占用的作业区域小,实现了钻井作业环保、安全、快捷、高效的目标。

On the basis of XJ550 self-tightened guyline workover rig,an innovative self-tightened design was conducted on ZJ30 drill rig.Traditional design of 4 wind-proof guylines were avoided,its wind-loading guylines were fixed on the derrick base and the guyline support of the folding drilling floor,the internal loading guyline was fixed on the chassis and the crossing guyline of racking platform was fixed on the guying stand of folding drilling floor.The main advantage is not need for anchor pit and pile,therefore it occupies less operation area,by which environmental protection and operation safety are obtained for rapid and high efficient drillings.
