青山湖别墅群建设特征及发展浅析

A Brief Analysis on the Constructing Character and Developing Suggestion of the Villas Around Qingshan Lake

临安青山湖作为杭州新兴的高端地产板块之一,近年来备受开发商追捧,大量山水景观别墅项目和独具稀缺景观资源的物业相继面世,但与此同时也暴露出了一些问题。该文概括了现阶段青山湖别墅群的建设特征,并对该特征分析了产生的原因,指出其开发现状中存在的问题,最后从提升当地经济发展的角度针对性地对其今后的发展提出了建议。希望通过对青山湖别墅群的整体研究,为我国大中城市居住郊区化过程中郊区别墅的建设提供有力的借鉴和参考。

Qingshan Lake in Lin＇an as the one of the new rising high-class plate in Hangzhou, which has been sought after by more and more land agents in recent years. Meanwhile, it exposes some problems along with mass of landscape villa project and the property of unique landscape resources. We analyze the characters of these villas and expatiates the reasons of this phenomenon and the issues raised during the current developing, finally, we present some proposal in view of developing the local economic in future. Through the holistic study of Villa of the Qingshan Lake on this paper, we hope it can provide some useful and powerful experience and reference for the development of villa building in the process of suburbanization of residence in big or medium-sized city of China.
