摘要 P92钢近年来在国内越来越多地用于超(超)临界锅炉的高温主蒸汽管道,是制造电站锅炉四大管道关键材料,其长期性能和其组织有密切关系。探讨了δ铁素体组织与化学成分、冶炼及热加工工艺的关系。通过对成分、冶炼及热处理工艺的优化,抑制了δ铁素体的生成,生产出合格的P92钢管坯。 The use of P92 steel is recently being become more and more widespread in high temperature main steam pipe of ultraupercritical boiler,it′s key material for the manufacturing four main pipes of power station boiler.The longterm properties of P92 steel are closely related with its microstructure.The relationship of δ-ferrite with composition,smelting and hot working process has been investigated.Produced δ-ferrite is curbed and the qualified P92 steel tube bloom is produced through the optimization of the composition,melting and heat treatment process.
