摘要
对反向遗传学技术及其在RNA病毒研究中的应用进行了综述。论述了猪传染性胃肠炎病毒反向遗传技术的发展现状,并对该技术在猪传染性胃肠炎病毒的基因功能、致病机理、基因工程疫苗研究中的应用及前景等方面进行了探讨。
Reverse genetics technology and its application in RNA virus research was reviewed in the present article.In addition,the situation of reverse genetics technology for transmissible gastroenteritis virus,application and prospect in the research of gene function,pathogenesis,engineering vaccine of transmissible gastroenteritis virus were summarized.
