摘要
指挥控制组织的设计是实现未来网络中心战的核心技术之一。从网络化作战C2组织设计问题的描述出发,对目前存在的4种C2组织设计方法进行综述,这4种方法分别是:三阶段组织设计方法、扩展的三阶段组织设计方法、基于分组技术和嵌套遗传算法的组织设计方法以及基于粒度计算的组织设计方法,并给出这4种方法的具体步骤和流程,最后对这4种C2组织设计方法进行分析和讨论。
The design of networked command and control(C2) organization is one of the key technologies for the realization of network centric warfare(NCW).Firstly,the problem of networked C2 organizational design is depicted.The four existing methods for designing C2 organization are surveyed,including three-phase organizational design methodology,extended three-phase C2 organizational design methodology, organizational design methodology based on group technology(GT) and nested genetic algorithm(NGA),and organizational design methodology based on granular computing.Then,the design and flow path of these four methods are offered respectively.At last,an analysis is given to these four methods.
