摘要
为了研究年龄对兔眼晶状体刚度的影响,探讨老视的机理,对不同年龄的兔眼晶状体进行压缩和拉伸实验,并作了力学性能分析。对3月、6月、9月龄兔眼晶状体施以压缩载荷,同时记录晶状体厚度的变化;取6月、9月龄兔眼晶状体,通过对巩膜施以拉伸载荷间接地拉伸晶状体使其变形,同时测量晶状体赤道直径的变化。结果表明:随着年龄的增长,兔眼晶状体的质量、厚度、赤道直径及压缩破坏载荷都有所增大;同一压缩载荷下,兔眼晶状体沿前后极轴方向的厚度变化随年龄的增长而减小,3月、6月、9月兔眼晶状体在压缩位移为0.24~1.00mm范围内的平均名义压缩模量分别为(1.21±0.19)kPa,(2.62±1.13)kPa,(6.46±2.92)kPa,即兔眼晶状体的平均名义压缩模量随着年龄的增长而增大;同一拉伸载荷下,9月龄兔眼晶状体的名义拉伸模量比6月龄的大。
In order to study age-related changes in stiffness of the rabbit lens and explore the mechanism of presbyopia,the compression and tensio n tests were performed on the rabbit lens at different ages to analyze mechanical properties.Compressive load was applied to the lens of rabbits at the age o f 3 months,6 months and 9 months separately.The changes of thickness were re corded at the same time.The lens of rabbits at the age of 6 months and 9 months was subjected to tension by stretching sclera,and the equatorial diameter was captured using camera.The results show that the weight,thickness,equatorial diameter and compressive failure load of lens increased with aging.The average nominal compressive modulus in the displacement range from 0.24~1.00 mm at the age of 3 months,6 mont hs and 9 months were(1.21±0.19)kPa,(2.62±1.13)kPa,(6.46±2.92)kPa,resp ectively.Under the same tension load,the nominal tensile modulus of 9 months l ens was larger than that of 6 months.
