利用煤矸石研发钢结构住宅配套墙板的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Matching Wallboard's Development in Steel Structure Housing by Utilizing Coal Gangue

以利用煤矸石墙板为研究目标,通过对煤矸石的化学成分、基本性能及其利用和发展现状的分析研究,提出将煤矸石烧制成陶粒,进而研制2种板型、5种规格的钢结构住宅配套墙板的技术路线;根据钢结构住宅的使用及构造要求,分析了影响煤矸石陶粒质量的因素,给出了煤矸石陶粒及煤矸石陶粒墙板的技术性能指标。

As a kind of building material,coal gangue has achieved good social and economic benefits by resource utilization.Steel structure is a kind of housing structure system,which is greatly promoted by national polic y currently.Using coal gangue as the wallboard in steel structure housing has a significant effect on promoting the industrialization development,eliminating solid waste,and realizing energy conservation and emission reduction.Taking co al gangue wallboard as the research goal,this paper proposed that coal gangue is burned into haydite to develop two kinds of plate and five specifications of coal gangue wallboard that can be used in the steel structure housing,by analyz ing the chemical composition,basic performance and utilization and development situation of coal gangue wallboard.According to the demands of steel structure housing,this paper suggested the technical performance index of both coal gangue h aydite and coal gangue haytide wallboard,by analyzing the effect factors of qua lity of coal gangue haydite.
