低碳经济背景下，山东省传统的加工贸易已经不能顺应社会发展潮流，转变加工贸易发展方式迫在眉睫。本文通过研究我省加工贸易在低碳经济背景下面临的问题，提出促进加工贸易转型升级的对策，以期有所裨益。
