摘要
针对医用一次性注射器的需求特点,在催化剂体系优化、成核剂复配优化等方面进行了大量细致的研发工作。当生产过程中采用N-1(主催化剂)和CHMMS(外给电子体)催化剂体系,成核剂加入量0.25%~0.3%时,医用透明均聚聚丙烯(J902F)的加工性能、力学性能、光学性能均能满足用户的需求。
Aiming at the demand on one-off medical injector,a great deal of meticulous research work is done in catalyzer system optimization and nucleation agent compound match optimization etc.In the process of production,when adopting N-1 main catalyzer and CHMMS(outer electron)catalyzer system and using 0.25%-0.3% nucleation agent,the properties of processing,mechanic,and optic of medical transparent homo polypropylene(J902F)can all meet user's demands.
