This paper described the characteristics of karyo-cytoplasmic barley male sterile line “Qin 270A”, probed into the transfer breeding of sterile characters of sterile line and restoring characters of restoring line,selective mating of hybrid barley combinations with strong dominance, techniques for seed production of sterile line and hybrid barley,and cultural techniques of hybrid barley. It was concluded that barley male sterile line “Qin 270A” had great potential for utilization.According to the author's practice,some main characters of hybrid combinations with strong dominance in selective breeding were put forward.\;
