摘要
采用膜电解技术脱除含铜废水和含铜污泥废水的中Cu2+.对于含铜废水在以氨水、NaOH、草酸为阴极液电解质时,废水中Cu2+去除率分别为90.1%、50.4%和82%;废水中Cu2+浓度分别为11.75 mg/L、55.4 mg/L和20.92 mg/L.对于含铜污泥废水在以氨水、NaOH、硫化钠为阴极液电解质时,废水中Cu2+去除率分别为20.75%、61.06%和40.28%.膜电解过程能实现废水中Cu2+的去除和回收,但废水组成对膜电解过程的效果有着重要的影响.
The removal of Cu2+ from wastwater and sludge wastwater containing Cu2+ was investigated by membrane eletrolysis.When electrolyte in cathode cell was ammonia,NaOH and oxalic acid,the Cu2+ removal ratio was 90.1%,50.4%,82% for wastewater containning Cu2+,and Cu2+ concentration in wastwater was 11.75 mg/L,55.4 mg/L and 20.92 mg/L,respectively.When electrolyte in cathode cell was ammonia,NaOH and sodium sulfide,the Cu2+ removal ratio was 20.75%,61.06%,40.28%,respectively for sludge wastewater containning Cu2+.Membrane eletrolysis could achieve Cu2+ removal and recycle from wastwater and sludge wastwater containning Cu2+,but wastewater quality was important influence on its results.
