JR蛋鸭血型基因的测定

Determination of Blood-group Genes in JR Laying Duck

用 1 2个抗鸭红细胞抗原单价血清 ,对JR蛋鸭的两个品系进行了血型测定和血型基因群体遗传学分析。结果表明 :JR蛋鸭A、B两个品系的遗传结构、种质特性和选育水平都比较接近 ,而与南昌商品蛋鸭和北京鸭的遗传结构明显不同 ,遗传差异较大 ,说明JR蛋鸭是独立形成的一个新类群 。

The blood-group genes of JR laying duck were determined with twelve operational monospecific antisera,the results showed that strain A and strain B of JR laying duck were close in genetic structure,breed character and selection level,but they were markedly different from Nanchang commercial duck and Beijing duck in genetic structure,the genetic difference between them was greater,it is obvious that JR laying duck is a new independent breed-group with special breed character.\;
