摘要 运用系统分析方法和博弈理论,提出在有限候选公交站中优化选择公交停靠站的双层规划思想,建立具有固定公交出行的上层政府和公交企业设置公交停靠站,下层出行者选择公交站出行的双层规划模型,采用基于遗传算法的双层规划方法进行优化求解,例子的仿真计算表明采用双层规划进行公交停靠站设置的思想方法考虑到了不同决策主体的博弈行为并解决实际公交停靠站选择时的各种约束,设置的公交停靠站可实现公交车辆运营成本最小化和总出行费用最小化的目标. With system analysis method and game theory, the thought ofbi-level programming for locating optimized urban bus stops in finite possibly selected bus stops was proposed. The Stackelberg model was established. The government and transit enterprises in the upper level programming locate urban bus stops in finite possibly selected bus stops. The lower level goal of the users for selecting transit lines and its concrete bus stop was to minimize the user cost with equilibrium traffic assignment. Genetic algorithm was adopted in the concrete optimization course for solution. The effects were discussed in the simulation experiment, which show that the total user generalized cost and the bus operating cost were minimized based on the game analysis of different agents and the restriction in concrete bus stops selection.
