较详细地介绍了辐照技术在食品保藏上的应用和优点 ,以及电离辐射对食品营养成份和活细胞的影响 ,从不同角度说明了辐照食品的卫生安全性 ,肯定了经 1 0kGy以下剂量辐照的食品不会产生任何有害物质 ;
Application and advantages of irradiation technology in food preservation and effects of irradiation on food nutrient composition and living cells were introduced in detail in this paper. The safety of irradiated food was explained from different angles ,and it was made sure that food irradiated at 10kGy dose can not produce any harmful substance.Application status and developmental future of irradiation preservation of food were also simply studied.\;
