带钢热连轧工艺设计软件的开发

摘要 为满足带钢热连轧工艺设计和生产管理的需要,采用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0开发了带钢热连轧设定及组织性能预报软件。该软件设置了温度,粗、精轧道次,轧辊凸度设定模块,以及电机校核和晶粒尺寸预报模块,具有功能完善、人机接口友好、使用方便、计算精度高、适用范围广等优点,可用于带钢热连轧工艺设计、设备选型和现场生产管理。 To meet the requirement of strip steel hot-continuous-rolling process design and production management,the software for strip steel hot continuous rolling parameters setting and structure performance prediction is developed with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.It is composed with the module to set temperature,rough and finish rolling pass and roll crown,the module to check electric motor,the module to predict grain size.It has advantages: perfect functions,friendly man-machine interface,convenience,high calculation precision,and wide application range.It can be used in strip hot continuous rolling process design,equipment type selection and site production management.
