摘要
针对承钢含钒钢水SPHC试制初期出现的成渣晚、造白渣困难、增碳回硅及钢水浇铸困难等问题分析了原因,通过优化渣料、转炉及LF炉工艺,实施早化渣、早成渣、保持白渣时间,保证弱吹氩时间,精确控制处理周期的生产组织模式,SPHC精炼工艺获到了平均脱硫率64.5%、铸坯T[O]28.5×10-6、钢水可浇性100%的良好冶金效果。
It is analyzed the reasons for the problems: late slag forming,difficult to form white slag,carbon increasing and resiliconization,and difficulty to cast molten steel,which present at the beginning of trial production of SPHC refining of vanadium-bearing molten steel,.With measures adopted: optimizing slag material,process of converter and LF furnace,conducting early slaging,early forming slag,keep white slag time,guaranteeing weak-argon-blowing time,and with production organization mode to precisely control treating period,the above problems got solved.And with SPHC refining process a good metallurgical effect got: average desulfurization ratio to 64.5 %,T[O] of casting billet being 28.5×10-6,castability of molten steel reaching 100%.
