摘要
针对北方地区冬季焦化厂采用化产循环水及制冷循环水两个系统冷却煤气能耗高的问题,提出利用冬季环境温度低的有利条件,停开制冷循环水系统,仅用化产循环水冷却焦炉煤气的改造措施。改造后,既保证了工艺冷却效果,又降低了电能消耗。
Aimed at the problem of high energy consumption in winter in north region of China in cooling gas with two systems: chemical products circulating water and cooling circulating water,it is proposed to stop the later,but use only the former because of the cold environment in winter.After the reformation but the process cooling effect is guaranteed also electricity saved.
