“零缺陷”管理理念在提升产品质量中的实践 被引量:1

摘要 "零缺陷"管理理念的基本原则可概括为:基于宗旨和目标,通过对经营各环节、各层面的全过程全方位管理,保证各环节、各层面、各要素的缺陷趋向于"零"。阐述了"零缺陷"管理理念,2007年首次引入邯钢质量管理,本着对造成不合格品付出代价的原则,凡因不满足预期质量要求造成的降级、改判、判废对其所在单位进行质量成本和奖金的双重考核,逐年降低质量损失。2011年通过成本考核和持续不断地改进,最终实现了比2010年降低损失10%的目标,为邯钢产品质量档次的提升和竞争力的增强打下了坚实的管理基础。 The basic principle of management idea of "zero defects" can be concluded as: full-course and all-fields management for various intermediate links and administrative levels according to purpose and target to guarantee defects in all respects being inclined to "zero".It is stated the application of the idea in quality management of Han Steel since 2007: based on the principle to pay for not-qualified products,twofold examine of quality cost and money award is conducted to all units,in which there are products are treated as level-lowering,grade-changed and given-up,and so the quality loss got reduced year by year.In 2011 the target to reduce quality loss by 10 percent than in 2010 at last realized by means of cost examine and continuous improvement.That makes a solid management base for raising quality level and competition power of products from Han Steel.
