黄油纱贴敷治疗皮肤挫伤浅表缺损的疗效观察

Observation on effect of butter yarn sticking in treatment of superficial defects of skin contusion

[目的]探讨黄油纱外敷治疗皮肤挫伤缺损的效果。[方法]将100例病人随机分为对照组与观察组各50例,观察组用黄油纱覆盖创面,换药时不揭开内层黄油纱,仅用生理盐水和安尔碘清洗黄油纱表面渗出液,然后再覆盖一层黄油纱后棉垫包扎;对照组用干纱和棉垫包扎,常规换药。[结果]两组疗效及伤后7d疼痛比较,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]黄油纱可促进肉芽组织生长,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻病人痛苦,同时也减轻病人经济负担及护士工作量。

Objective:To probe into the effect of butter yarn sticking in treatment of superficial defects of skin contusion.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n=50).Observation group was given covering the wound with butter,and cleaning the surface exudate of butter only with saline and anerdian,then covered with a layer of butter gauze pad after dressing.The control group was given dry gauze pad dressing and regular dressing.Results:The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the pain of 7 days after injury were compared.The effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The butter yarn could promote the growth of granulation tissue,shorten wound healing time,relieve pains,but also reduce the economic burden of patients and nurses workload.
