摘要
目的通过眼底断层扫描(HRT)检测可疑性青光眼与正常眼,对照个体视盘结构参数变化,探讨在招飞体检中使用该检测手段的必要性及可行性。方法对16例正常个体、18例可疑性青光眼个体进行HRT检查,将结果进行对照分析。结果 16例正常对照组HRT检查均正常,可疑性青光眼组中部分HRT结果则出现不同程度改变,改变随杯盘比值的增大阳性率增加。结论应用HRT可以早期发现开角型青光眼,且HRT具有更高的重复性、敏感性、特异性,在招飞体检中使用该检查有助于区分可疑性青光眼中的开角型青光眼及正常大生理杯眼。
Objective To investigating the necessity and feasibility of using Heidelberg Retina Tomograph(HRT) in recruit-pilot physical examination by comparing the parameter changing of optic disc between glaucoma suspect and normal eyes.Methods Compare and analyze the HRT examination results of 16 normal individuals and 18 glaucoma suspects.Results The HRT examination results of 16 normal individuals are normal,the results of HRT examination of 18 glaucoma suspects show changes in various degree,the changing increase with the increase of cup-disc ratio.Conclusions Early open-angle glaucoma could be detected by HRT,and HRT has higher repetitiveness,sensibility and specificity.HRT could be used to distinguish open-angle glaucoma in glaucoma suspect from normal large cup eyes in the recruit-pilot physical examination.
