办好《空军医学杂志》思考与实践

目的对如何办好更改刊名后的《空军医学杂志》进行思考和探讨。方法对军队航空航天类及相关的医学学术期刊进行梳理,结合改刊名后的《空军医学杂志》期刊办刊的初步实践,对其总体设计与基本构思包括期刊性质、读者定位、办刊宗旨和方针、进行回顾性思考和分析。结果更改刊名后的《空军医学杂志》刚出刊一年,已呈现出良好的发展势头,但存在高质量稿源不足等问题。结论医学期刊由于专业性强,读者面窄、发行量小是其存在的普遍问题。《空军医学杂志》要想做强做大、做出品牌和特色,需读者、作者和编辑共同努力。

Objective How to run after the change of the ＂Medical Journal of Air Force＂ for reflection and discussion.Methods For military aerospace and related medical academic journals are sorted,with changed names after the ＂Medical Journal of Air Force＂ Journal in the preliminary practice,the general design and basic design including journals Nature,readers＇ orientation,aim and principle,undertake retrospective thinking and analysis.Results After the change of ＂Medical Journal of Air Force＂ was published a year,has been showing a good momentum of development,but the existence of high quality manuscript source problems.Conclusions Medical journals because of professional and strong,the reader is narrow,small circulation is its existing problems.＂Medical Journal of Air Force＂ wants to do do by force big,make the brand and characteristic,to the reader,author and editor work together.
