胃癌干细胞分离鉴定研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤发生、发展与维持的基础,与肿瘤的复发、转移和对放、化疗的抵抗有关。因此,肿瘤干细胞学说受到了越来越多的研究者的关注。然而,胃癌干细胞的分离鉴定却没有统一标准的方法。因此,笔者综述近年胃癌干细胞分离鉴定的研究进展。
