Due to the characteristics of the occupation and the dual role,the female editors become involved into dilemma in work,professional learning and academic research.The weakness in academic research and the difficulty in work and study influence their emotion,even their physical and mental health.Based on the actual status of female editors,properly dealing with the relationship between professional learning and academic research,as well as individual academic research,can help them resolve the dilemma,work readily and make a successful research.
