手足口病多次就诊及多次感染影响因素分析

目的探讨手足口病同次感染多次就诊及多次感染的影响因素。方法采用描述性研究的方法,对上海市2007～2009年手足口病报告信息进行统计,资料采用SPSS软件单因素和多因素非条件回归分析。结果 3年间,手足口病患者同次感染多次就诊率为8.10%,多次感染率为1.61%。同次感染多次就诊的重要影响因素包括性别、月龄、户籍、居住地、就诊及时、发病年、诊疗机构;多次感染的重要影响因素包括性别、月龄、居住地、发病年。结论提示改善居住环境的卫生状况,加强低龄儿童的病情的早发现、早诊治,同时提高医疗机构的临床诊疗水平会对减少手足口病的多次感染和多次就诊起到积极意义。

Objective Data reported directly through the network were used to analyze and explore the influential factors of multiple visiting and repeated infections of Hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Method s： Using descriptive approach method,data reported directly through the network for HFMD in shanghai city from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed adopting univariate and multivariate non-conditional regression model by SPSS.Results During the three years from 2007 to 2009,the multiple visiting rate of HFMD cases was 8.10%,the repeated infection rate of them was 1.61%.The important influential factors of multiple visiting included gender,months of age,household registration,the residential district,the visiting time,the occurrence year,the selection of health providers.Gender,months of age,the residential district,occurrence year were also the influential factors of repeated infections.Conclusion ： The results suggest that it could play a positive role in decreasing the multiple visiting and repeated infections of HFMD through improving the health conditions of living environment,enhancing the early detection and early treatment of the young children＇ illness,improving the diagnosis and treatment level of the medical institutions at the same time.
