摘要
目的:总结心肺复苏的抢救护理。方法:回顾分析我院急诊科2009年5月～2011年4月93例心脏骤停患者的心肺复苏效果。结果:93例心脏骤停患者,进行心肺复苏后自主循环恢复21例,复苏有效率22.58%。经治疗后病情平稳出院7例,成功率7.53%,结论:及时有效的心肺复苏以及心肺复苏后的护理是提高抢救成功率的关键。
Objective：This article is to sum up the rescuing and nursing of cardiopulimorary.Methods：The cardiopulimorary effect of 93 patients with cardiac arrest from May 2009-Apr.2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results： 21 cases recovered after return of spontaneous circulation,at the effective rate of 22.58%;7 cases got recovery and left the hospital,with a success ratio of 7.53%.Conclusion：The key to improve the success ratio of emergency rescue lies in the timely and effective CPR,and the nursing after that.
