济安舒能治疗化疗药物外渗的效果观察

The clinical effect of ganuser used on affiliated treatment for drug exudates of chemotherapy

目的:探讨济安舒能喷洒和50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗化疗药物外渗的疗效。方法:将38例静脉化疗药物外渗患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各19例。两组均给予地塞米松和利多卡因环形封闭治疗,其中试验组联合应用济安舒能喷洒,对照组联合50%硫酸镁湿敷。比较两组患者的疗效。结果:试验组效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(u=3.3069,P<0.05)。结论:济安舒能喷洒治疗化疗药物外渗疗效好,能有效减轻疼痛及局部炎症反应,尤其在溃疡性伤口疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To compare the curative effect of JANUSER and 50% phosphates used on affiliated treatment for drug exudates of chemotherapy.Methods： 38 cases of patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given prevention of dexamethasone and lidocaine,and experimental group were added with ganuser,control group were added with 50% phosphates.Results： The clinical effect in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group（u=3.3069,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Ganuser used on affiliated treatment for drug exudates of chemotherapy,can significantly release pain and inflammation,especially in ulcer wound,so it deserved considering in clinical work.
