目的:分析我院预防接种不安全注射因素,提出对策以保证儿童预防接种安全。方法:结合我院接种门诊实况,剖析预防接种中出现的不安全注射因素,分析问题提出对策。结果:提高了护理人员对安全注射及相关业务技能的认识,降低或避免了预防接种中不安全因素出现。结论:提高认识,加强管理、强化知识培训是避免预防接种不安全因素的关键所在。
