This paper discusses the important purpose of monitoring and development trends of a deep foundation pit deformation monitoring.With the prestressed anchor bracing structure of deep foundation pit engineering examples,the specific contents of the monitoring spot,placement of the monitoring spot,monitoring methods are introduced and studied.The research and design of the practical baseline displacement observation device,improves accuracy and efficiency of the displacement observation.
