陆源污染对青岛近岸海域环境影响及防治措施

Influence of land-based pollution on Qingdao coastal areas and prevention measures

对青岛市工业生产废水、居民生活污水、污水处理厂尾水及入海河流等4类陆源污染排污状况进行了调查研究,确定了青岛市近岸海域主要陆域污染源为入海河流及污水处理厂尾水.分析了陆源污染物排放对海洋环境的影响.从保护海洋环境的落脚点出发,以预防为主、防治结合为基本策略,提出了相应防治措施.

There are 4 types of land-based pollution in Qingdao： the industrial wastewater,living sewage,tail water of sewage treatment plants and rivers into the sea.The discharge conditions of the 4 types of land-based pollution are investigated in this paper.The tail water of sewage treatment plants and rivers into the sea are decided to be the main land-based pollutions.The impact of land-sourced pollutants on the marine environment is analyzed.Taking ＂Prevention First,Combining Prevention with Control＂ as its basic strategy,a set of control measures to strengthen control and management of pollution sources are presented.
