结合在阿尔及利亚10年11个项目的现场施工管理经历,针对抹灰分项工程进行深入研究,改进了施工工艺,积累了一定的施工经验.通过对抹灰工程的施工工艺、操作程序等方面的论述,解决了施工中常出现的质量问题,总结了抹灰施工的成功经验,在境外工程具有良好的应用和推广价值.

With 10 years of on-site construction management experience in 11 projects in Algeria,the writer conducted an in-depth study of plastering works,improved the construction technology and also accumulated some experience in this regard.Based on demonstrations of construction technology and operating procedures of plastering works,this paper solves the quality problems often occurred during construction and summarizes the successful experience of plastering construction,and all this has a good application and promotion value in overseas projects.
