摘要
在充分鼓励代工企业自主创新、自创品牌的同时,对某些继续从事国际代工的企业给予必要的正视,对其相关经验和理念加以认真的解读也很重要。文章对SZZ公司在国际代工中通过担当"二传手"而实现其价值创造细分定位的状况进行了考察,并得到了某些有益的启示。
While our country encourages OEM enterprises to undergo product and brand innovation,it is still very important to envisage some enterprises' OEM business and to better understand their relevant experience and business ideas.This article examines and analyzes SZZ Corporation's business case in which this enterprise has achieved its classified orientation to value creation by playing the role of a " setter" in its international OEM business,and draw some beneficial conclusions.
