摘要
将产卵后 2 4~ 96h( 2 5℃ )的蚕卵 ,用相同或最佳盐酸刺激量 (浸酸后点青最快、点青卵率最高 )浸酸处理 ,卵龄越大 ,蚕卵点青越迟。蚕卵的点青时间在一定范围内随盐酸刺激量增大而提前 ,超过这一范围 ,则随刺激量增大而延迟。卵龄增大 ,蚕卵酯酶A4和ATPase特征性活性峰出现时间延迟 ;蚕卵经盐酸处理 ,该时间明显提前。产卵后 96h盐酸处理蚕卵 ,酯酶A4的活性峰出现时间随盐酸刺激量增大而提前。随着浸酸卵龄和盐酸刺激量的改变 ,蚕卵酯酶A4的活性峰出现时间与蚕卵点青时间发生一致的变化。盐酸刺激量能够影响蚕卵的活化 (或滞育发育期 )和发育速度。
When silkworm eggs of 24~96h after oviposition (at 25℃)treated with the same or the optimum acid stimulus dose (ASD),which means the fastest development and the highest rate of head pigmentation,the more aged eggs are,the more late head pigmentation appears.The time of head pigmentation of embryos is shifted to an early time along with increase of ASD within an limits,and is delayed in pace with increase of ASD when it goes beyond the limits.The time of esterase A4 ATPase activity peak is delayed by egg ages and is shifted to an early time by acid treatment in silkworm eggs,and the more strong ASD is,the more early the peak appears.This appearing time and the time of head pigmentation of embryos is changed identically with egg ages or ASD.The activation of eggs or period of diapause development and developmental speed of embryos is effected by the ASD in eggs.The changes of esterase A4 ATPase activity can reflect the level of diapause degree and ASD in acid treated eggs of silkworm.
